Rachel & DeLacey

Together, Rachel Clampffer and DeLacey Martin bring a unique combination of experience, education, advocacy, and heart to Blue Door Real Estate Group. Rachel is an experienced Real Estate Broker and Land Planner who has called Central Texas home for more than 20 years. She holds an Associate degree in Real Estate, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Marketing, and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Rachel served as Planning Director for several local jurisdictions, giving her an invaluable understanding of land use, development, and the communities Blue Door serves. In addition to serving as Broker of Blue Door Real Estate Group, she is an adjunct professor of real estate at Austin Community College and is passionate about providing clients with exceptional research, market knowledge, professional connections, negotiation, and service.

DeLacey currently serves as Supervising Agent for Blue Door and brings her own people-centered philosophy to the team as the “Real Estate Doula.” As a mother, lifelong Central Texas resident, and experienced REALTOR®, she believes buying or selling real estate is about far more than a transaction. Her approach centers on education, communication, advocacy, and helping clients feel supported and confident as they navigate some of life’s biggest decisions.

Together, Rachel and DeLacey are focused on growing Blue Door Real Estate Group and welcoming new agents who share their values. They are serious real estate professionals who believe expertise and strong advocacy can - and should - exist alongside compassion, honesty, open hands, and big hearts.
